For more than two centuries Tozers has been practising law and giving advice to the private and business
communities in the South West.

Our recipe for success is a blend of experience and traditional values on the one hand, together with a progressive outlook and commercial awareness on the other.

We make clients our first priority. This shows itself in the way we seek to do business – paying close attention
to detail, listening and understanding, acting with tact and discretion and communicating effectively with and on
behalf of clients. In short, dedication to the highest professional standards.

Our office intranet is a valuable source of information and reference, open it through your internet browser, this will give you access to the information you will need over the coming weeks and months. Our ‘work buddy’ system ensures that there is always someone apart from your supervisor who you can ask to check and clarify many queries, the answers to which will soon seem second nature to you.

We hope you find this booklet a useful tool enabling you to take things at your own pace. Your experience is
valuable to us and if you can suggest any improvements please let your Supervisor or the HR Team know.

We all hope you enjoy your first days with us. We were all new once and we will enjoy helping you to feel at home as quickly as we can. If you are unsure about anything always ask your ‘work buddy’ or supervisor. We all want to help you feel more confident and at home with your role at Tozers.
