Where we are not acting for a registered provider selling shared ownership plots, we often act as recommended solicitors for purchasers of shared ownership properties because of our specialist knowledge and experience.

If you are buying a shared ownership property, once you have been allocated a property by a registered provider or have had a sale agreed on a re-sale of a shared ownership property by the current owner, you will need to instruct a lawyer to deal with your purchase. We have over 20 years’ experience dealing with shared ownership purchases and will guide you through the process from the initial stages right through until you get the keys on completion. You will have one member of the team as your main point of contact but there will always be other members of the team who can help answer your queries if that person is not available. We will communicate with you regularly during the transaction and be available to answer your queries via telephone and email.
