Equity Release providers or lenders will appoint their own firm of solicitor, each of whom will have their own set of requirements and documentation. Having acted in numerous Equity Release transaction we are familiar with such requirements and documentation, which means that we are able to progress matters with the minimum of fuss and often in a relatively short timeframe.
We will, in order to comply with our obligations to the Equity Release provider or lender, need to meet you face to face and our Equity Release specialists would be happy to meet with you at any of our offices or indeed when circumstances require at your own home.
