Sam is a paralegal in the Affordable Housing team; acting for housing associations, councils and developers on a variety of matters including right to acquire/buy, final staircasing matters, lease extensions (statutory, voluntary and shared ownership), site set up, plot sales, and various other matters.
She enjoys building strong relationships with her clients in a professional and friendly manner, and working with clients on unusual matters to achieve the best outcome.
Sam joined the team in 2021 and has been working with several housing associations, developers and councils on a variety of diverse matters. Prior to joining Tozers, Sam gained 2 years’ experience in Commercial Property and 1 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing, and several years’ experience as a legal secretary in different departments in her previous firm.
In her spare time, Sam enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, working out and socialising.
