Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and acts for social landlords with all matters of housing management litigation, including disrepair claims, Anti-Social Behaviour matters, tenancy breaches, and travellers’ sites.

Paul enjoys the excellent team spirit and solid work ethic of his team and working together to achieve the best possible results for their clients.

Having worked for a number of prominent law firms in Exeter and Bristol since 2015, Paul joined Tozers in June 2023 complimenting the team with his wealth of experience in housing management litigation.

He has worked for both claimants and defendants on a range of matters, including the defence of professional negligence claims brought against firms of solicitors, debt recovery and enforcement, and a range of property based litigation matters.

In his spare time Paul enjoys reading, travel, going to the gym and practising Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
