Nick Steynberg

Nick is a seasoned legal professional specialising in transactional commercial property matters. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum, including acquisitions and disposals, leasing, property finance, joint ventures, and ongoing management. Nick takes pride in the investigative aspects of his work, meticulously uncovering details and issues related to commercial property to ensure that risks are pragmatically mitigated.


Known for providing timely and straightforward legal advice, Nick prioritises his clients’ needs and objectives, ensuring they receive the most effective guidance. His legal career began with training at a large US firm in London, where he honed his skills and knowledge. He then progressed to an associate role in the Private Equity Real Estate team, dedicating seven years to the firm—two as a trainee and five as an associate.


Before embarking on his legal journey, Nick served in the British Army for six years, a testament to his discipline and commitment. His legal qualifications were solidified when he became officially qualified in September 2018.


Outside the office, Nick is an avid enthusiast of water-based activities, including surfing and kiteboarding. During the winter months, he stays active with indoor cycle training. Family time is also a priority for Nick, as he enjoys exploring the South West beaches and countryside with his loved ones.


Nick’s academic and professional excellence was recognised when he received the award for the ‘Highest Performing Professional’ at BPP Bristol for his MA, highlighting his dedication and exceptional performance in his field.
