Neil Darby

Neil is a Litigation/Dispute Resolution Associate & Solicitor within the award-winning Parks Team, working with a range of talented colleagues within the Parks and Litigation teams.

He is involved in tailoring effective actions to successfully resolve matters on behalf of clients across a broad range of disputes by way of court proceedings, mediation and/or negotiation. Neil works closely with his clients to really understand their business and the issues that arise, providing his clients with the most complete advice with a suitable course of action for the client’s individual needs, aims and budget.

Qualifying as a Solicitor in 1999, Neil has over 20 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of disputes. During this time he has worked with a wide range of clients, from large corporations and insurers to individuals. Neil is experienced in the mediation process in addition to dealing with claims in the County Court, High Court and Property Tribunal.

Hobbies of Neil’s include sports and being outdoors, from golf or walking to spending time with his young family.
