Megan is a Solicitor working in the housing management section of our Social Housing team and specialises in housing disrepair claims. She has developed a specialism in this area and is recognised by our clients for her service.

Megan works closely supporting our social housing clients deal with a variety of matters. She is able to assist in providing advice and support regarding housing conditions claims both at the pre-action stage, and once issued. She also assists clients drafting witness statements, claim forms for possession and injunction proceedings as well as providing housing management advice via the firm’s Housing Advisory Service.

With a strong attention for detail and high level of organisation, Megan is able to support both clients and other Tozers’ colleagues with a variety of work. She takes pride in helping clients, either directly or indirectly, to achieve a positive result.
