Our offices will be closed on 25 and 26 December, and 1 January with no access via telephone or email on these days. On 23, 24 and 27 December you will be able to reach us via telephone, email and our live chat but our offices will be closed to the public. All other dates we are open as usual.

Luke assists clients from start to finish through a dispute resolution process, handling tasks such as taking new instructions, attending mediations, and providing support during hearings and trials. In addition to managing his own caseload, Luke supports senior team members with their cases. His primary objective is to understand clients’ goals and collaborate with them to achieve the best possible outcomes.


Luke’s work encompasses a wide range of litigation matters, with a particular focus on disputed wills and trusts, building disputes, and commercial disputes. As part of a cohesive team, he is dedicated to tailoring his approach to each case’s unique circumstances, aiming for optimal results. His experience includes offering advice to resolve problems and minimise litigation risk.


Clients can expect a professional and attentive approach from Luke, who actively listens to their needs and objectives while navigating the complexities of dispute processes.


Having completed his training in September 2023, Luke is a newly qualified solicitor. During his training, he honed strong communication, research, and client care skills. He officially qualified as a solicitor on 3rd October 2023.Outside of work, Luke is an Exeter Chiefs rugby fan and enjoys representing Tozers in sporting events. He also finds pleasure in playing tennis and badminton.
