Kate Bolt

“I aim to provide clients with clear and practical advice and work proactively with them to achieve their goals.”

Kate is a Partner & Solicitor in our Property team, based at our Exeter office. She is also part of the agricultural team.

She deals with a broad range of property work buying and selling farms, woodland, equestrian centres, holiday complexes, as well as country estates and residential properties.

Kate enjoys finding solutions to issues that crop up during property transactions, seeking to anticipate and avoid any glitches to ensure the journey for the client is as stress free as possible.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2010, she has over 10 years’ experience and is a member of the Agricultural Law Association. Kate comes from a farming background which has helped her to understand Tozers’ agricultural client’s needs and provide them with practical advice.

In her spare time, Kate loves being outdoors exploring the countryside, typically running, cycling, hiking or dog walking
