As Tozers’ Trusts Officer, Graeme forms long standing, trusted relationships with clients whilst effectively overseeing the management of trust funds. This administration includes managing grant giving charitable trusts, preparing annual trust accounts, and annual trust tax returns.

Graeme reinforces his status as a trusted advisor by attending trustee meetings, regularly liaising with trustees and other appointed professionals, whilst efficiently attending to the distribution of funds to beneficiaries, ensuring HMRC reporting requirements are met, particularly in relation to Inheritance Tax.

Graeme is also able to prepare deeds and trustee resolutions and submit tax returns for individuals as required.

Graeme joined Tozers from a large regional law firm bringing with him over 15 years of experience of ongoing management of trusts and the associated tax affairs. As an affiliate member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners, Graeme maintains strong working relationships with investment advisors, portfolio managers and letting agents.

Graeme uses this experience and relationships to provide a personal and attentive service.
