Bethany joined Tozers Family Care team in Newton Abbot in January 2022 as a Paralegal. She assists team members in matters relating to care proceedings and cases involving children. Her interest firmly lies within Family Law and she seeks to secure training to qualify as a solicitor.
She studied Law at the University of Nottingham and graduated with an LLB (Hons) degree. Following University, Bethany joined a national firm, dedicated exclusively to family law where she primarily undertook work relating to Private Children matters as well as work associated with relationship breakdowns.
Bethany gained experienced in representing parents and grandparents throughout care proceedings, at a Local Firm in Devon, and now seeks to specialises in Public Law Children Act matters.
In her spare time, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
