Bea qualified as a Solicitor in January 2022 where she works in our Exeter based Family Law team on areas such as Divorce and Cohabitation Agreements.

Bea joined Tozers in the Summer of 2019, after having studied at both the University of the West of England and Exeter University achieving First Class Honours.

She joined as a Trainee Solicitor where her first seat was in the Parks team, her second in Wealth Management and her 3rd was with our Family Law team

These changes will enable accredited journalists and legal bloggers to apply for a transparency order and, if granted, they can attend hearings and report on them whilst also protecting the anonymity of the families involved.

Child Arrangements – Putting in Place a Parenting Agreement

Where parents have informally agreed arrangements for their children, such as where the children shall live and how much time they will spend with each of their parents, it can be helpful to put this in writing so that it can provide certainty and be referred to in the future. Such an agreement is often referred to as a Parenting Agreement or Parenting Plan.
