Ashley qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2014 and currently acts for social landlords with all matters of housing management litigation, including disrepair claims, Anti-Social Behaviour matters and tenancy breaches.

As a collaborative team member, Ashley thrives in dynamic environments. Ashley has a positive and proactive attitude and is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve the best possible results for the client.

Having worked as a Vulnerability Lawer and a Senior Legal Advisor for Devon, Dorset and Cornwall Police for 8 years, Ashley joined Tozers in February 2024, complimenting the team with his wealth of experience in anti-social behaviour and civil preventative orders.

Prior to the Police, Ashley worked for both claimants and defendants on a range of matters, including debt recovery, Contested Probate and Personal Injury.

In his spare time Ashley enjoys playing football, skiing/snowboarding, hiking and wild camping.
