Anouska is a senior associate solicitor working in Tozers’ award-winning Parks team. She takes great pride in being able to help clients through what are often difficult and stressful cases and hearings, taking clients through the formal process step by step, in order to work out the best way to resolve them.

She provides a sector focused service, specialising in advice for holiday and residential mobile home parks with a variety of disputes, including:

  • pitch fee reviews
  • recovery of unpaid pitch fees and utilities charges
  • park rules consultations
  • breaches of park rules
  • bringing and defending tribunal applications and applications for termination and possession in the county court.

Anouska makes sure that her clients fully understand the advice that they are given in relation to a legal dispute, taking time to communicate in simple terms, sense checking understanding and clarifying any concerns. She manages matters from end-to-end and does her own advocacy in court, where possible. This enables her to see things though to a resolution, keeping clients’ desired outcomes at the centre of her focus.

Anouska qualified as a solicitor in 2011 and has developed a reputation for creating relevant industry thought leadership via both articles and presentations to the BH&HPA membership audience.

Outside of work, Anouska enjoys running and volunteering at her daughter’s school once a week, specifically, helping children with their reading.
