Our Community
Collaborating for good in the community
We believe Tozers should be a force for good within our local areas. There are many fantastic organisations serving our communities across Devon and we’re proud to support these through our Positive Impact Programme.
This is central to our commitment to being a responsible business. Our aim is to connect and collaborate at a local level, forming partnerships that ensure we contribute real social value.
Our Positive Impact Programme
We actively encourage colleagues to volunteer their time and skills through our Positive Impact Programme (PIP).
This has been designed to empower our employees, giving them the flexibility to become involved with causes they genuinely care about. Staff also have the freedom to take part in many different community activities, from fundraising to providing practical support, such as gardening at a local school, helping with a community project or collecting for a local foodbank.
We offer two paid PIP days a year and also offer financial and marketing assistance for initiatives approved by the PIP committee. The committee oversees our Positive Impact Programme, ensuring we support our communities effectively.
Support for local charities
Our Positive Impact Programme has assisted a range of worthwhile causes across Devon, including:
St Petrock’sOur Exeter office collects donations for St Petrock's, Exeter's local homelessness charity. The organisation provides practical help and access to specialist services for people who are homeless or vulnerably housed. |
