We are delighted to announce the appointment of two more Senior Associates to the firm, in a move that will boost both the Litigation & Employment and the Corporate & Commercial Teams.

Neil and Jake Parker have operated the park since 2004, but after 16 years, we helped them complete a sale of shares in Salcombe Park Limited on Friday 29th January 2021. Following the sale, the clients are planning on refocussing their business interests to their other park in East Devon.

Mr and Mrs Gray originally purchased the two semi-detached houses in 1987 and converted them into The Larches, which opened in September 1988, which has now been sold for the first time in 32 years.

Tozers’ Company and Commercial Team, led by James Orpin, including Amy Laver and Oli Kent, were brought in to provide specialist support in negotiating and completing legal documentation for shareholders and senior management.
