Excellence in Client Care
Our commitment to enhancing client experience remains a top priority, and we have introduced various technology-driven systems. These include online ID checks, AI-powered tools for gathering client feedback, and a new system for tracking and measuring enquiries. Our efforts have earned us recognition from the Legal 500 as a Top Tier firm for client satisfaction, and we’re delighted to now be recognised by LawNet for our commitment to client care.
ESG Initiative
Our nomination in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) category celebrates the strides we’ve made in our Responsible Business Strategy, launched in May 2023. With a focus on three key pillars - Our Community, Our Environment, and Our People - we have demonstrated progress across all areas, including significant work on our Positive Impact Programme and carbon reduction plan as well as 100’s of hours volunteering for our community. Our Health and Wellbeing and Employee Benefits package has undergone significant improvements in recent years with the introduction of mental health first aiders and the Menopause in the Workplace pledge as just two examples. All of this combined to form a comprehensive application and we’re delighted to have been shortlisted.
Rising Star – Kelly Burns
Kelly Burns, who joined Tozers in 2013 and was recently promoted to Senior Associate, has been recognised for her outstanding contributions to the Planning and Licensing team. Her leadership, dedication to clients and colleagues, and initiative in stepping up to lead her team have earned her this well-deserved nomination.
Team of the Year (Individual Law) – Family
The Family Law team has been nominated for their exceptional service, particularly in handling complex and high-value client work, as well as their expertise in areas like TOLATA, cohabitee disputes, and grandparent’ rights. Their commitment to providing legal aid and handling sensitive cases, such as those involving transgender issues, further showcases their dedication.
