Hanna brings a wealth of experience to Tozers, having worked with local authorities, landowners, developers, registered providers, and renewable energy providers. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, regeneration, mixed-use and residential development, development management, and the caravan park sector.
Hanna’s dedication to client service is at the core of her practice. Known for her proactive approach, she consistently goes above and beyond to identify challenges, assess risks, and deliver bespoke solutions tailored to the specific needs of her clients.
Her career spans both the public and private sectors, offering invaluable insight into urban and rural planning challenges. Most recently, Hanna worked in-house for a large unitary authority, complementing her extensive experience with international, national, and regional law firms across London and the South West. This diverse background equips her with the unique ability to view complex planning matters from multiple perspectives.
Hanna has specialist expertise in local authority-led regeneration schemes, including compulsory purchase orders and other public powers, and offers strategic advice on developer contributions, complex planning agreements, and judicial reviews. Her work on large-scale projects has seen her collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of built environment professionals to deliver exceptional results.
