Tozers is delighted to announce the promotion of two outstanding colleagues, Laura Kendall and Eleanor Symons, to the position of Associate. Effective from 1 January 2025, these promotions reflect their exceptional dedication, expertise, and the positive impact they have made within their respective teams and the wider firm.
Laura Kendall has been promoted to Associate in the Residential Property team. Since joining Tozers in March 2022, Laura has showcased excellent proficiency in managing high-value transactions, including country homes, farms, and holiday complexes. Her proactive approach, attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service have earned her a stellar reputation among clients and colleagues alike. Her promotion recognises her significant contributions to the team and her dedication to achieving outstanding outcomes for her clients.
Eleanor Symons has been promoted to Associate in the Family Care team. Joining Tozers in 2018, Eleanor has become an invaluable asset to the Family Care team, primarily representing parents and grandparents in public law proceedings. Her compassionate approach, coupled with a deep understanding of family law, has made a profound difference to the lives of her clients. Eleanor’s ability to balance empathy with professionalism has earned her high regard from both clients and colleagues. Recently, Eleanor was also successful in applying to join the Children Panel, recognising her expertise in representing parents, and now children, involved in care proceedings. Her promotion acknowledges her tireless efforts and the vital role she plays in supporting families during challenging times.
