Tozers recently acted for John Fowler Holidays, one of the UK’s largest family-owned holiday park businesses, in connection with the purchase of 5 star park Cardigan Bay Holiday Park in Pembrokeshire.
John Fowler Holidays is a third-generation family business established in 1953 in North Devon, which now owns 13 holiday parks. Tozers also acted for the business in it’s acquisition of Llanrhidian Holiday Park in December 2019. The business has aspirations for national growth, with sites already established in Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and South Wales.
The purchase of Cardigan Bay Holiday Park was funded by a multimillion-pound finance package from HSBC UK, and is expected to contribute another 3,000 holidays per year for John Fowler Holidays, with them continuing the employment of the existing team.
