The Legal 500, a respected authority in assessing the strength of law firms for over 30 years, has been conducting client satisfaction surveys since 2018. Their Research, Data, and Client Intelligence division sends out surveys to over 300,000 clients, making it the largest legal market survey globally. The survey includes 10 core questions focusing on client experience, with respondents also providing a net promoter score, which measures the likelihood of recommending our services to others.
