Multiple Recognitions for Tozers LLP in the Chambers Legal Directory for 2024

We are delighted to share that we have achieved multiple recognitions in the independent Chambers & Partners directory for 2024.

Chambers differentiates the very best legal talent by identifying and ranking law firm departments and lawyers globally using their impartial decision-making. We are honoured to have been recognised for being the best at what we do as a firm.

A submission to Chambers includes a collection of factual information provided by our individual departments from the previous twelve months concerning a specific practice area and therefore gives us an opportunity to be acknowledged for being experts in these fields.

Our rankings

This year sees our Clinical Negligence team with a Band 1 ranking for another year and head of team, Endurance Arthur ranked Band 1, Clair Hemming Band 2, Simon Mansfield Band 3 and Michelle Beckett listed as an ‘associate to watch’.

Our Family and Matrimonial team have been ranked Band 2 with Caroline Ryan, head of the Private Family team, ranked Band 2 as an individual.

James Evans, Partner and head of the Charities team, has been ranked Band 3 as an individual for the UK-wide guide for Charity lawyers.

Our Corporate/M&A team received a Band 3 ranking with James Orpin, Partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial team and Amy Laver, Partner & Solicitor ranked Band 2 as individuals.

The Social Housing team has been ranked Band 3 with Partner and head of team Stephen Burtchaell ranked Band 3.

We’re also delighted to see new names in the rankings with Amy Laver now being ranked as a Band 2 lawyer.

Considering the presence of numerous high-calibre law firms in this region, our recognition at this level is a testament to the dedication and expertise within our teams.

Results achieved in partnership with our clients

We’d like to express our appreciation to the Chambers & Partners research teams for their diligent work in reaching out to our referees to collect feedback.

Our gratitude also extends to our clients and referees who generously spare their time to participate in interviews and offer feedback. Without their valuable contributions, achieving exceptional department and individual rankings would not be possible, and we can’t thank them enough.

Managing Partner, Paul Kelly commented on this year's results, "I am delighted to witness the extensive recognition our teams and individuals have received in this year’s Chambers legal directory.  Thank you to everyone involved in the ranking process and congratulations to those who have achieved recognition of their hard work and dedication. These results also underscore the strong relationships we maintain with our clients and their willingness to provide feedback to the directory.”
