Ongoing support available for employers (EASY Service)

With our flexible fee options, you choose the arrangement that best suits your needs. Our EASY retainer agreement provides ongoing support, with unlimited telephone and email communication with our employment solicitors at a fixed, annual charge.

We also offer traditional hourly charges and a fixed fee employment law service for specific pieces of work.

Our experienced employment team offer practical advice for a variety of employment law issues. Specialising in advising employers on all elements (contentious and non-contentious) of the employee-employer relationship.

 

Our EASY Service

We offer a fixed fee employment advice service called EASY. Our EASY clients pay an annual fee for unlimited telephone and email communication with the team, dealing with a wide range of employment law queries. For our clients who do not subscribe to our EASY service, we offer alternative funding options including:

  • Charges on an hourly basis
  • Fixed fees
  • Capped fees
  • Payment linked to results

 

When should you contact us for ongoing employment law support?

We encourage clients to contact us as soon as an employment issue arises, which is often when our advice is most effective. Timely advice at the outset can help you formulate a strategy and avoid likely pitfalls. Don’t worry though if you want our involvement at a later stage; we are happy to pick up cases at any stage up to an Employment Tribunal hearing.
