What you’ll be doing

Your role as part of our busy Social Housing property team will include a broad range of matters including development site acquisition, site set up for sales, conditional contracts and options, deeds of variation, commercial landlord and tenant and other land transactions for commercial clients.

What we’re looking for

You will be an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with 5+ years PQE and will be capable of running your own caseload without supervision.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working for, or in the social housing sector, dealing with development including s.38, s.104 and s.106 agreements, as well as easements disposals, and commercial leases. Some experience of drafting or familiarity with the model shared ownership lease will be useful.  

What you’ll have

You will be an effective communicator who is willing to support other less experienced members of the team.  As well as being comfortable working collaboratively, you will also be able to work independently at all times ensuring that the clients’ needs are paramount.
