Our busy Family Team in Exeter now requires a newly qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to assist with financial disputes following the breakdown of unmarried relationships.   This is an area in which we are seeing huge growth and therefore the work is fast paced and challenging, as well as being client focused at all times.

 

What you’ll be doing

You will be dealing with TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act claims.

 

What we’re looking for

You will ideally have some experience of TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes, and/or have a background in civil proceedings. You will be a good communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and will be as committed to delivering the highest standards of client care as we are.

 

What you’ll have

You will be personable, driven, and enthusiastic and an effective communicator who is looking to build a successful career in Private Family work. As well as being comfortable working collaboratively within our team, you will also be able to work independently at all times.
