What you’ll be doing

At Tozers we focus on establishing close working relationships with our housing clients.  We make every effort to provide a bespoke service to suit our registered provider clients’ particular requirements be they large or regional providers or small rural ones.

Your role as part of our busy housing management team will include a broad range of administrative tasks such as filing, copying, opening and closing files, some cashiering tasks and generally providing administrative support to the busy fee earners.

What we’re looking for

We need an enthusiastic administrator who, at all times understands that assisting the team to deliver the highest standards of client care is paramount.  A can-do attitude is essential.  We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds and you might have had some previous administration experience or be looking for your first role in law but you will be willing to learn, be efficient, flexible, very well organised with a ‘can-do’ attitude, an eye for detail and an ability to work under pressure and to work closely with team members.

This role will require the successful candidate to be in our Exeter office 4 days a week. Initially you will be office-based to help you familiarise yourself with the team, our work, and the support available to you.

What you’ll have

Ideally you will have had previous legal administrative experience or be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in legal work but training by the team will be provided.
